Gregory B. Crotty
President/Senior Underwriter
With 24 years in the insurance industry, Greg is a seasoned veteran, having held a CIC designation for 21 of those years. At Frontline, Greg serves a dual role as both President and Producer. As Frontline's President, he devotes the majority of his time to developing company relations and product expansion. As a senior underwriter, his primary focus is on large fleet accounts with an emphasis on difficult to place Motor Truck Cargo risks. Originally hailing from Alexandria, LA, Greg now makes his home in Madison, MS, with his wife and their three children. Connie Miller
Secretary Treasurer /Office Manager
Connie has been with Frontline Underwriters since its inception in 2003. A seasoned veteran of the insurance industry, Connie has over 32 years experience in the insurance industry, with 27 of those years devoted to commercial trucking. Her role as secretary treasurer requires her to focus on a multitude of tasks including, but not limited to: managing accounts, billing and tax filings. As an office manager, Connie oversees almost every aspect of Frontline's day to day operation: from employee management to assisting Greg with developing company relationships. Diane Brownlee
Senior Underwriter
Diane joined Frontline in 2006. A Mississippi native and Mississippi State University graduate, Diane began her career in the insurance business over 20 years ago. As Frontline's Senior Underwriter, Diane's primary underwriting duties include writing accounts with 10 or less units as well as assisting Greg with large fleet accounts. Diane also helps manage the underwriting duties with an emphasis on maintaining correct procedures and quality control for the underwriting department. Diane now makes her home in Canton, MS with her husband Mike, a civil engineer with Southern Consultants, Inc. and their son Matt, who is 8 years old.dbrownlee@frontlineunderwriters.com
Fran Holmes
Underwriting Assistant
Fran joined Frontline in 2008. With over 14 years experience in the field, Fran is a vital member of the Frontline team. She helps manage all accounts with an emphasis on policy issuance, invoicing, driver additions and deletions and general customer service needs. She also assists Brandy with cancellations and reinstatements when needed. Fran currently resides in Brandon, Mississippi, with her daughter, Samantha, a student currently attending Northwest Rankin High School and her puppy, Chazz.fholmes@frontlineunderwriters.com
Paula Gardner
Processing Supervisor
Paula joined Frontline in 2006. Her duties include processing endorsements, cancellations and policy issuance. In addition, Paula helps manage our office supply stock and assists with a wide range of general tasks as the need arises. Fred Street
Administrative Assistant / Jr. Underwriter
Fred joined Frontline in 2008. He currently assists both Diane and Scott as a junior underwriter helping to service and quote our growing renewal book of business. His current focus is small-fleet accounts with 10 or fewer power units. Fred also manages Frontline's physical and virtual file environment, processes new policies and writes Frontline's monthly newsletter. Originally from Yazoo City, Mississippi, Fred attended Mississippi State University where he graduated with a degree in English.
