Frontline Underwriters, Inc. was founded by Greg Crotty in 2003 as a wholesale insurance broker specializing in the Commercial Auto/Trucking niche of the industry. At that time, Mr. Crotty had accumulated fifteen years experience in marketing and sales as a retail insurance agent and recognized that this segment of coverage needed an MGA with experience and a sense of urgency with customer service. Greg's goal was to build a wholesale-broker that would maintain steady long term growth and create a dependable and resourceful outlet for trucking retailers in the southeast. To accomplish this task, he began by identifying four key components that make Frontline what it is today: 1. The Right People 2. Underwriting Integrity 3. Commitment to Technology 4. Company Partners that share the same business philosophy.

Having the right people is essential to any company's growth regardless of size. However, most would argue that the right people are more essential for a small, boutique business like Frontline. As we grow and new personnel are needed, it's become increasingly important that these individuals are chosen not solely on their insurance experience, but also on their ability to maintain our company's philosophies regarding integrity and work ethic. These principles apply to our underwriters as well as those handling claims, endorsements, agent requests or billing. We are always committed to bringing the best service to our customers and business partners and strive to provide much more than just a competitive price.

Frontline is bringing a high level of service to its affiliates through a commitment to technology. As we've grown so have our IT investments and knowledge. We have been fortunate to acquire resources that not only accommodate our current production and accounting needs, but possess the ability for expansion to our future needs. Frontline has the technology in place to ensure our data, our customer's data, and our company-partner's data is always safe and secure. Technology is an ever changing field and we are continually committing resources to maintain the latest in advancements.

We recognize that the Commercial Auto, specifically Trucking/Transportation, is a volatile niche and we strive to partner with those organizations experienced in this class. Today, we are fortunate to have ten (10) partner insurance companies all of which complement each other and fill a specific need for our agents. With our compliment of representation, we feel that Frontline is a significant player in the trucking insurance arena and have never been more optimistic for its future.
